Shipping Policy
Gold Castle Jewelers currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Domestic Order Shipping Methods
• All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx
• Signature confirmation is required for all jewelry shipments
• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• Tracking information is provided for every order
If you may not be available to sign for delivery, we recommend shipping to a work address or a trusted individual who will be available during delivery hours.
Our shipping carriers will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. All reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Gold Castle Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Signature & Insurance
• Signature confirmation is REQUIRED for all jewelry shipments
• All shipments are fully insured for the item’s full value during transit
• Shipping insurance covers loss or damage during transit only
• Once delivery is confirmed with signature, responsibility transfers to the customer
Processing Time
• Orders typically process within 1–3 business days
• Processing time does not include carrier transit time
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• Gold Castle Jewelers reserves the right to delay shipment if additional payment or identity verification is required
Delivery Responsibility
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout
• Gold Castle Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses
• Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not the responsibility of Gold Castle Jewelers
Address Changes
• Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed
• If an order has already shipped, Gold Castle Jewelers is not responsible for carrier rerouting issues or delays
Shipping Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For exchanges or store credit returns:
1. Customers are responsible for return shipping
2. Customers are responsible for reshipment shipping on exchanged items
3. Returned or exchanged items must be shipped using a trackable and insured method
• Gold Castle Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
In-Store Pickup
Local customers may choose in-store pickup at our International Drive location in Leisure World Plaza, Silver Spring, Maryland
• Please allow time for your order to be processed
• Our team will notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup
Order Changes & Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
Requests received after 24 hours may:
• Incur an additional fee, or
• Not be possible once processing has begun
Discounts & Promotions
• Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to sale items unless explicitly stated
• Only one discount code may be used per transaction
• Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to past purchases
• Discounts do not apply to:
1. White diamond engagement pieces
2. Custom designs
3. Loose stones
