Gold Castle Jewelers offers returns and exchanges on in-stock, ready-to-ship, and special-order items purchased online and in-store with a postmark date within 30 days of receipt. After the 30-day mark, all sales are considered final. Online returns and exchanges require prior authorization. If you are submitting an online return, please review our policies before submitting a request.

Eligible items may qualify for store credit via gift card or exchange only, subject to approval.
Returned or exchanged items must:
⢠Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
⢠Original receipt required
⢠Be returned in original packaging
⢠Include all original items, including boxes, certificates, cards, documentation, accessories and etc. included
Items showing wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or missing components will be rejected.

Exchange Shipping Responsibility
⢠Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges
⢠Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured method
⢠Gold Castle Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

⢠Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged through the online portal
⢠Online return requests apply only to online purchases
Condition Verification
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Gold Castle Jewelers reserves the right to deny store credit or exchange if the item does not meet return conditions.
